I am a certified clinical trauma specialist - trauma and addiction and am passionate about helping first responders, and others navigate their unique stressors. I specialize in treating trauma, substance abuse and family counselling associated with trauma. As a PTSD' thriver' myself, I can assist you in navigating toward a happier and healthier life.

I am a retired paramedic/firefighter and worked as an emergency worker for over twenty years. I understand how challenging it can be when deciding to seek help. My values system approach is supportive and practical. Counselling can provide a safe space for individuals to process their trauma and work towards healing and improving their lives.
