During my career I have had the privilege of helping countless individuals create meaningful and lasting change. In addition to my private practice, I work in outpatient psychiatry, specializing in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, attachment and relationship issues, personality disorders and anger management. I believe in a holistic approach, addressing issues on cognitive, emotional, and social levels. Together, we will develop insights into the causes of your current challenges and discover more adaptive ways of coping.
In my practice, I integrate elements from various therapeutic modalities, including psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and mindfulness-based techniques, tailored to your unique needs. I also work with couples and families to resolve conflicts and improve attachment issues.
My goal is to create a safe and validating environment where you feel understood and supported. I believe in looking beyond struggles to help you develop a better relationship with yourself.
