My approach is not just about talking; it's about noticing, it's about action and reconnection. The goal isn't just to understand your past, but to build a practical toolkit so you can create a future with a deeper connection and a clear sense of purpose.
My practice is holistic, addressing the cognitive, emotional, physical, and spirit of individuals. I use methods like Gottman, EFT and ACT to rebuild relationship skills, and Integrative Somatic Therapy to help your body release stored stress so you can feel present again. We'll look at the big picture of your life and relationships to create lasting change.
I believe therapy is a collaborative and active process. If you're finding that old trauma is showing up as conflict in your relationships, a sense of emptiness, or a feeling of being stuck, we can work together.
