About
I am a Clinical Psychologist in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I work with adults (ages 18 years and older) experiencing a variety of emotional difficulties and conditions, including anxiety, depression, obsessions/compulsions, posttraumatic stress, low self-esteem, performance anxiety, perfectionism, excessive worry, and procrastination. I am happy to provide services in English or French.
I offer cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), which is the gold-standard psychological treatment for many common emotional and psychological problems. My emphasis is always on arriving at a collaborative understanding of your issues and on tailoring treatment to your goals in order to help you live a better life.
My approach is warm and non-judgemental. It's important to me that you feel respected and understood, and that you get the most out of treatment. We work as a team, combining your perspectives and my expertise in order to reach your own goals. If you are looking for help, please contact me by phone or email to arrange a free 30-minute consultation.
