I may not know your story yet, but I do know the resilience it takes to get up and fight when you’re out of hope. When life gets too heavy and you lose grip on the things you can’t hold anymore; when you’re stuck reliving cycles you wish you could change; when you’re trying your best and still feel let down - just know the light isn’t lost for good. Everything you need is already inside of you. My purpose is to recover who you truly are under the struggle, and help you cultivate the clarity and confidence to build your life on a firm foundation. You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Our sessions are flexibly planned to get to the root of your struggle, guide you safely through healing, and equip you to sustain a healthy life beyond therapy. When you have the capacity, we’ll use strength-based techniques to challenge your growth. On tougher days, you’ll have an open space to process through whatever you need. You choose the pace.
No matter how much time you feel you’ve lost, where you are today is not too far gone. I’ve helped others out of similar places, and I believe I can help you, too.
