About
I believe that a fulfilling life comes from integrating all parts of ourselves: our beliefs, our emotions, our behaviour, and our relationships. Forming a strong relationship with my clients, I help them to discover where their strengths lie, and how best to apply them to the areas that need more attention.
I specialize in bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, addiction, obsessive-compulsive disorder, grief, and spiritual counselling. As a Registered Social Worker and a Canadian Certified Counsellor, my services are covered by many benefit and insurance plans.
A long-time teacher of philosophy at the University of Toronto, I am especially capable of listening to clients, helping them to reflect deeply in ways that are truly life altering. I am also a trained mediator and conflict coach, with special expertise in managing conflicts that involve mental illness.
