I am a Registered Psychiatric Nurse with the College of psychiatric nurses of Manitoba. In 2018, I graduate from Iowa State University with a degree in Psychology, minoring in sociology and child, adult, family services. I work collaboratively with individuals while providing a holistic, and comprehensive approach to care. I have experience conducting psychiatric assessments, providing crisis intervention, psychoeducation, as well as offering traditional talk therapy. I have worked with a variety of mental health conditions including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, as well as many others.
I am currently offering individual therapy to help individuals regain balance in their lives by providing a safe, inclusive, and non-judgmental space. As a therapist, I engage in therapy to promote, restore, and maintain mental health and overall wellness while utilizing a collaborative approach to care.
