Living the journey, but trained to support yours. I work with individuals navigating grief, anxiety, major life transitions, caregiving, chronic illness, cancer, trauma, and ambiguous loss. You do not have to carry everything alone. Many of my clients are used to being the strong one for everyone else while quietly carrying overwhelm, fear, exhaustion, or uncertainty themselves. Others are adjusting to loss, aging parents, changing family roles, a new diagnosis, or the emotional impact of caring for a loved one. Together, we create space for healing and growth, bit by bit and step by step.

Using a warm, person-centred, trauma-informed approach that integrates Narrative, Solution-Focused, CBT Therapy, and Psychoeducation. I help clients process difficult experiences, build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and develop greater self-compassion. Therapy is collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs.

I bring both professional training and lived experience to my work. As a long-term cancer survivor and family caregiver, I understand the emotional impact of illness, uncertainty, caregiving, and loss. I offer a supportive, trauma-informed space where clients can feel understood, build coping tools, process difficult experiences, and begin moving forward.
