My main goal is to assist clients to achieve their goals using therapeutic approaches that are best suited for their needs. The most commonly used approaches based on clientele are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and Behaviour Therapy. My aim is to utilize the approach that will provide you with the support you need.
