I believe deeply in the transformative power of a non-judgemental space where ALL of you is welcome. In the past, you may have had to silence or hide parts of yourself to fit in/stay safe. While effective short-term, overtime this disconnection can lead to panic, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, anger, addiction, and an underlying feeling of being lost or purposeless. The discomfort these experiences cause, can be an invitation into a more wholistic and authentic relationship with yourself. By communicating what's "wrong", our body is providing us with the 'start here' for finding our way back to what's "right".
Rooted in polyvagal theory, my curious and compassionate whole-person approach combines talk therapy, somatic techniques (Havening & Focusing), spiritual inquiry, Safe & Sound Protocol, mindfulness, humour, self-compassion, and education to support you to feel more capable, connected, confident, grounded, and alive in your life.
We are living in unpredictable times and many are realizing that they don’t have control over as much as they thought. This is super uncomfortable - I feel you!
