I have worked in the field of addiction for three years now. I have explored the depths of my own mind with traditional and spiritual medicines. The default mode network--the chatter that keeps the mind locked in addiction, is something we work to break free from.
My specialty is in addiction, and I know how to help you break free from habits that feel like they have consumed the entirety of your being. For those who cannot afford individual sessions, I run a group therapy for porn and general addiction every Tuesday at 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm at a more affordable cost.
You are not the mistakes that you have made. Guilt is a sign that you have values, and you are a good person who has made mistakes to violate them--not that you are a "bad" person. Together we can work hard to look at the changes you're capable of making.

Porn and Addiction
This is an 8 week group therapy that contains psycho-information and is also discussion based about porn and addiction/coping. Learn about what porn addiction is, tackle most of addictive behaviour by focusing on what your triggers are, and knowing how to cope in better ways with those triggers.
