I don’t just offer a listening ear, but I provide consistent, authentic, and transparent feedback so that you know who you are in the world and develop a consciousness to thrive past your limitations.

I like to take an attachment theory approach: the stronger your relationship to your therapist, the better outcomes you can get from therapy and this is a philosophy I work to fulfill. I maintain a warm, non-judgemental and down-to-earth connection with you, because I believe you should look forward to coming to therapy.

Porn use can interfere with your ability to enjoy intimacy not just in your romantic life, but being around friends and family. This Monday evening group meets for about an hour to an hour and a half every Monday to discuss topics that assist in recovery from porn-use.
