At Northern Lights Counselling, my mission is to guide individuals on their transformative journey towards healing, self-discovery, and overall well-being. Inspired by the beauty and magic of the northern lights, I provide a safe and peaceful space for clients to redefine their relationship with alcohol, substances, and addiction, as well as effectively manage stress, anxiety, and depression. I believe in fostering hope, inspiration, and personal growth, supporting our clients as they navigate their path towards lasting change and inner harmony.
Drawing from my own personal history with addiction, my passion for helping others fuels my mission to offer non-judgmental counselling to those seeking guidance. In addition to support through addiction, I also specialize in assisting clients with stress management, anxiety, and depression.
I want my clients to feel understood and safe, knowing that I have personally experienced the challenges they face. My approach is one of non-judgment and guidance, walking alongside my clients as they uncover the answers they already hold within themselves.
