I know that you've been telling yourself for months (maybe even years) that you can handle this all on your own. That you will figure it out yourself and finally get a hold of your mental health and live the life you've always wanted.
Maybe shame has kept you frozen. Let this be your sign that it's time for us to focus on the struggles that you rarely let people see. The intrusive thoughts you don't talk about, the rituals that feel impossible to stop, the anxiety that shows up in your body before you even notice it in your mind and the complicated relationship with food you've been quietly battling.
Dana is an Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist that earned her Master’s Degree from McGill University. Dana specializes in treating individuals with Anxiety, OCD and Eating Disorders.
Freedom from the constant fear & dread is possible. If you feel that you or your family may benefit from support please reach out with any questions you may have. Ready when you are. Book directly online through my website contact page. Follow Cedar Tree Therapy on socials to learn more about the practice.
