As a compassionate grief and loss counsellor and coach, I provide support to individuals navigating through the challenging journey of loss. Whether you're experiencing the death of a loved one, coping with a significant life change, or dealing with the aftermath of a traumatic event, I am here to offer guidance and understanding. My approach to grief counseling is rooted in empathy, respect, and collaboration. I understand that grief is a unique and deeply personal experience, and I tailor my therapeutic approach to meet the individual needs of each client. Individual or group support is offered through the Grief Recovery Method.
Drawing from evidence-based techniques such as the Grief Recovery Method, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and narrative therapy, I help clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and find meaning in their grief journey.
I work with adults, adolescents, and families who are navigating various types of loss and grief. Whether you're struggling with recent loss or seeking support for unresolved grief from the past, I provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for healing and growth.

Online Personal Development Book Club
Starting January 1, 2022 Dana Cole will be offering an online personal development book club! There will be a variety of book themes such as relationships, money, setting boundaries, positive thinking, habit setting and personal growth. The group will meet the last Monday of each month from 7pm-9pm. The cost of the book club each month is $40 and you purchase the book at your own expense. Excited for you to be there!
