As one of my supervisors once put it, I work to create an island of safe psychological space where people can express themselves honestly. I'm a licensed psychologist (AB, SK & MB) providing trauma-informed care for first responders, couples, and individuals navigating anxiety, grief, and life transitions. My practice is also culturally informed — I'm an approved provider with the First Nations and Inuit Health Branch and work closely with Indigenous clients across the Prairies. I use evidence-based, EMDR-informed approaches tailored to each person's pace and goals.
Using EMDR, trauma-focused and cognitive behavioural approaches, plus Emotionally Focused and Gottman methods for couples, I help clients work through anxiety, depression, grief, substance use, sexual abuse, and marital or premarital stress — with practical, evidence-based support that fits your pace.
