I offer trauma informed therapy grounded in IFS, SE, DBT, and CBT. I specialize in grief, whether from the loss of someone or something that has left a real void. Pain is part of being human, but suffering is optional. Together, we make sense of what is driving your reactions so you can relate to yourself differently and create meaningful, lasting change.

Let Him Go: A Therapy Group for the Frozen Hearted
**THIS GROUP WILL TAKE PLACE IN MAY 2024** Breaking up is hard to do! But with some support, you can turn the messiness into meaning. A breakup can be a challenging transition to navigate, often leading to feelings of depression, sadness, and anger. This therapy group is a space for gay/bi/trans men who are grieving the end of a romantic relationship. This group will provide a space to work through feelings of isolation and loneliness to empower you to move forward in a meaningful and regulated way.
