I was born into the communities of addiction & trauma. I've knowingly participated in those communities for 20 years. I've studied, I've practiced, and I've applied a lot of what we discuss to my own life. I've been half of a great marriage, supportive friendships, raised two children, buried too many loved ones, and changed my life a number of times.
