In my work, whether within conflict zones or in a therapeutic setting, I have witnessed the incredible resilience and strength of the human spirit. My mission is to help my clients tap into this resilience, as I provide them with the tools and support they need to navigate their challenges and achieve their highest potential. Central to my practice is the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, even when hope feels lost. By helping my clients recognize and harness their own strengths, I aim to instil a sense of hope and possibility within them, while guiding them towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.
I provide a calm, non-judgmental, supportive space for clients to explore their emotions and gain insight. In addition, I use strength-based, solution-focused approaches to help clients get unstuck and address overwhelming challenges. Together, we can work to overcome fears and impediments that result in anxiety, stress, and overreactions to everyday events.
