Sometimes, life can be overwhelming. Mental health support is vital part of overall wellness and finding the right therapist to work with you is important. I offer therapy from the perspective that you are the expert in your life, and along the way, guidance, compassion, validation, skill teaching may be needed. This is where I can be helpful! I have extensive knowledge working with a diverse clientele in the mental health and addictions field and my passion is working with and helping others through their wellness journey. I offer a safe, comfortable and non-judgemental space for you to share your story.
I am trained in EMDR ( Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) for complex trauma, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing.
My goal is to support you in your healing/wellness journey and providing a safe, trusting, and warm environment to discover your strengths and support you as you create meaningful change in your life.

If you receive a roadside suspension or a Criminal Code conviction for an offence involving alcohol or drugs while operating a Motor Vehicle, and required to complete an assessment with an approved therapist before you will be eligible to reinstate your driving privileges. I am an approved provider with Government Services of NL Motor Vehicle Registration.
