Many people struggle with confidence and are unable to fulfill their goals for relationships, work, and personal fulfillment. Understanding how your core values and beliefs impact aspects of your life such as work, relationships, and overall fulfillment can give you the power to overcome these struggles. Through learning to accept and love yourself fully you can move past shame that is likely impacting how you feel and behave. Through awareness of your power to change the meaning you give to events within your childhood, you can become free from limiting beliefs.
For over nine years I have worked with thousands of people of all ages. I have specialized training in Couples Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Stress Management, and Mindfulness Based Therapy. I have extensive experience with Multicultural Sensitivity and Diverse Populations as well as Family and Marital Therapy.
I would love to be able to support you through the challenging times in your life and assist you through your own personal storm. My goal is to empower you to understand what core issues may be holding you back, to change the meaning you give to events, to increase your awareness and redefine your life as it is now, so your future and life can be renewed.
