I use a compassionate and non-judgemental approach to clients from diverse cultural, spiritual, and relationship backgrounds. I specialize in neurodiverse clients with Autism, ADHD or both.
I am trained in CBT and person centered approaches but prefer to use EMDR for clients who have experienced trauma. We can find the approach that works best for you.
