Using the neuroscience of emotion, this work addresses problems at the root, rather than focusing on behaviours or symptoms.
I am a crusader against (toxic) shame and blame. I help individuals and families understand and transform their relationships; raise their self-compassion and self esteem; and face anxiety and depression with new understanding, tools and hope.
