I work with professionals, medical residents, graduate, post-graduate and doctoral students by helping them to feel more empowered and less stressed in their high-performance environments. By providing guidance to those facing challenges, I support the process of change during life transitions. Together we explore areas that may be causing symptoms, patterns of behaviour and learn how to accept your own feelings while creating a deeper sense of self. I coach and provide training on how to acquire or improve skills and strategies needed to regulate negative emotions, increase distress tolerance; and minimize and manage triggers.
I have extensive experience in post-secondary education, acute health care and private practice; and offer comprehensive and specialized services including neurodiverse adult ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder assessments and treatments, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, trauma, ED and depression.
