I work with professionals, medical residents, and graduate, post-graduate, and doctoral students to help them feel more empowered and less stressed in high-performance environments. By providing support during life transitions, I guide clients through challenges and change. Together, we explore areas that may be causing symptoms or unhelpful behavioural patterns, and learn to accept emotions while building a deeper sense of self.
I coach and provide training in developing or strengthening skills to regulate difficult emotions, increase distress tolerance, and manage triggers more effectively.
I have extensive experience in post-secondary education, acute health care, and private practice. My services are comprehensive and specialized, with a focus on neurodiverse adults. I provide assessment and treatment for ADHD/ADD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety disorders, OCD, PTSD, trauma, eating disorders, and depression.
