Past experiences have taught me that many individuals simply want someone to journey with them during their challenges and struggles. I strive to be that person who can journey with my clients along their difficult pathway as they move from a place of difficulty to a place of hope. My goal is to meet clients where they are in life with compassion and without judgment and help them to live their best life despite their hardships. Life can be difficult to navigate sometimes but I believe that everyone is able to improve their well-being through developing resilience and positive coping mechanisms.
I am currently pursuing my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counselling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia in the United States. I also volunteer as a Crisis Responder with the Kids Help Phone. My goal Post-Masters is to become registered with the CRPO and eventually complete my doctoral degree in counselling and psychotherapy.
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) completing my practicum/internship at The Story Isn't Over. I offer therapy sessions to children, teens and adults. My specialty lies in helping individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, body issues, trauma and grief. I am here to provide you with a safe and supportive environment.
