I use a solutions and strengths-based approach & integrate Polyvagal theory, somatic work, acceptance & self compassion tools, DBT, EFT, values work and IFS.
I have over 15 years of experience working with clients in health care as an RMT and psychotherapy. I am trauma informed and honour your cultural roots, identity, and faith practice. All are celebrated.
