They just know that what they have been doing is no longer working. They are ready to slow down, listen more carefully to what is underneath, and find a way forward that feels honest and sustainable.

I work with individuals and couples navigating relationship patterns, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded, trauma-informed, and collaborative. Sessions are a space to stay with what is present, understand it, and find a way through that feels real.

I bring a calm, unhurried presence and twenty years of working alongside people in transition and growth.
