If you are someone who is interested in understanding how your past influences your present we would be a great fit. I have experience helping individuals struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, transitions (career and relationship transitions, as well as pregnancy and postpartum), low self-esteem, ADHD and BPD. I have an attachment focus but I draw on several approaches in treatment including person-centered therapy, DBT, narrative therapy and CBT.
My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, neurodiversity affirming, and sex positive.
I offer evening and weekend sessions and have online booking. Sessions may be covered by insurance. Please reach out for a no-pressure consultation as I am happy to answer any questions that can help you decide if we are the right fit.
