I strive to offer a safe, non-judgemental environment to discuss difficulties, provide an empathetic ear, and explore concerns through a variety of therapeutic modalities that are uniquely tailored to you. I believe that each person has the strength and ability for personal growth and can affect change in their life.

The journey can be overwhelming to navigate alone, and a compassionate psychotherapist can help build confidence, self-awareness, and support healthy coping strategies.
