I've supported people of all genders and sexualities struggling with questions around these topics, with coming out, transitioning (I can provide letters for gender affirming care), relationships, non-monogamy, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, life transitions, and grief. My approach is intersectional, anti-racist, trauma-informed, focused on attachment, and based in harm reduction principles.
With genuine curiosity and intention, I'll aim to meet you where you're at. We'll explore what's on your mind and heart, what healing and growth look like for you, and what steps you'd like to take towards the change you want to see. From learning to work with emotions to changing relational patterns, I'll support you in deciding where you want to go.
