I offer longer sessions which allow for deeper discussions and help that is personalized to your lived experience, strengths, and culture. My approach is calming, caring, insightful, and creative, and I'm also trained to discuss topics that some psychologists don't have the comfort or cultural knowledge to address. Together, let's start building a way forward free from struggle with negative emotions and towards a more meaningful and fulfilling life!
Tom is a specialist in trauma, anxiety, depression, and culture. He is a published educator on culture in counselling, and is committed to inclusion. He draws upon reliable therapies including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness. Tom is a top therapist in Alberta for immigrants, and offers a culturally-adapted mood therapy for Asian-Canadians.
