We provide psychotherapy to support emotional distress, but not limited to anxiety, lack of motivation, sadness or depression, grief, feeling overwhelmed, feeling stuck in your life and relationship issues. Specializing in children, teens, young adults, relationships, anxiety, trauma and self-esteem, I practice from a culturally sensitive perspective that sits within an anti-oppressive framework. The theoretical approaches I implement are based on my client’s unique needs and include Strength-Based, Solution-Focused, CBT, Narrative Therapy and Client-Centred.
