I am a Sex Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist, Certified Imago Therapist and Relational Life Therapist. I have been working with clients of various ages since 1996, providing support, direction, helping them make good decisions for their lives, as well as helping them heal from painful experiences in the past. I design a personalized, bespoke program of therapy, tailored to each person's individual needs. I work with clients that want to move forward into a healthier way of living, relating and becoming the best that they can be. I have personal experience with spoon therapy. I am constantly training, and am currently drawing from four different modalities for relationship work, and several for individual work as well. I have experience working in social services, prior to my career as a psychotherapist, and with many of the challenges, and exceptionalities that people struggle with.
I work out of my home, in a relaxed, judgement-free atmosphere, allowing people to feel safe and comfortable to be able to explore parts of themselves, and their relationships, that they usually don't disclose. I enjoy walking alongside, and celebrating with you, as you progress.
