Everyone embarks on unique journeys involving various overwhelming challenges including emotional and mental health issues, substance abuse and relationship issues. My colleagues and I fully understand that when two or more people cope with similar circumstances, no two minds function alike. Therefore, my services instill clients with how to love themselves through comprehensive, mental, emotional and spiritual enrichment regardless of their age, social or ethnic background, or physical capacities. Overall, the greatest satisfaction comes from seeing clients reach self-actualization by gaining strength, confidence and empowerment to confront their own inner conflicts "for we all smile in the same language".
Through 21 years of experience I acquired my niche providing counselling to individuals in both group and individual settings for alcohol abuse and anger management. I also provide guidance for individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, domestic violence, couple and family counselling, life transitions, parent and teen conflicts and women's issues.
We strive to develop relationships founded on trust and respect. The client is the single most valuable individual in his or her life, and our non-judgmental empathetic and trustworthy approach has been seen to affect positive changes in all. Our greatest legacy is etched in the hearts of clients.
