Many of the clients I support come to therapy feeling stuck, anxious, or disconnected, unsure of how to make lasting change. My goal is to create a space that feels safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental, where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. I work with children, teens, and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and relationship or family stress. Together, we’ll focus on building practical skills for calm, clarity, and emotional resilience.
My counselling style is soft, welcoming & grounded in strong ethical values. Over the past 15 yrs, I’ve worked in residential programs, schools & community settings, supporting diverse clients through life’s hardest moments. I believe therapy is about understanding yourself on a deeper level & finding ways to respond to stress with compassion & confidence.
