I take an integrative, anti-racist, client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each person’s unique experiences and goals. Using evidence-based modalities such as DBT, ACT, CBT, IFS, and other mindfulness-based practices, I help clients strengthen emotion regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, and self-compassion.
As a Clinical Associate RP (Qualifying), my services start at 140 CAD. I offer a limited amount of sliding scale options depending on your needs and eligibility for low-cost therapy.
