Accepting New Clients. Are you looking to strengthen the connection with yourself or others and help with mental wellness? I provide therapy for individuals, couples, teens, and families. My practice is focused on those with anxiety, depression, trauma, health and relationship issues. I provide therapy for relationship difficulty like communication, lost connection, intimacy, affair recovery, partner withdrawal, and separation. Support available for child-free and childless couples and LGBTQ+ individuals, couples, and families. Therapy will help work through difficult emotions and experiences while building healthy relationships.
My approach is collaborative to help you explore important issues. You will develop deeper understanding of difficult emotions and experiences so they don't interfere with the things that are important to you or your relationship. You will build on personal resilience and coping. Therapy will help you find the clarity, connection, and meaning you deserve!
