As a clinical supervisor, I am fueled by a deep empathy for the challenges therapists face every day. I know firsthand the heavy weight of imposter syndrome, the demands of our own personal histories as it comes up in relation to client work, and the struggle to master complex clinical skills. Because of my own experiences with "not-so-great supervision," I am committed to providing the high-quality, formative guidance I wish I had received. My passion is to help my supervisees grow beyond feeling stuck in their cases and towards a place of confident, bold, and compassionate practice.
