I am a lifelong academic. I am passionate about learning and practicing new approaches to support those I work with. I have completed additional training and practiced a variety of modalities, including DBT, CBT, ACT for Trauma, CPT for PTSD, PE, EFIT, Brief and Narrative Therapy, as well as EMDR.
Personal experiences and the stories shared with me professionally have profoundly shaped the way I practice. I have an empathetic, compassionate approach.
