I practice Feminist Narrative Therapy; my work strives to be decolonizing empowering & systems focused. I consider contextual factors that contribute to distress. I am a trained Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapist and use EMDR along with Internal Family Systems informed interventions to address significant trauma recent and past.
I am a Queer woman and am enthusiastically Queer and Trans Affirming. I also recognize my role in the colonization of Canada's First Peoples and the marginalization of POC. I work hard to acknowledge my privileges and to center your lived experience and individual rights, particularly for those who have had those rights violated and carry generational wounds
