My ideal clients, children, teens, and adults alike, often sense that something deeper is going on beneath the surface issue. Maybe you feel burnt out, disconnected, or just not quite yourself, without being able to put your finger on why. I especially love working with neurodivergent clients making sense of themselves, and with parents trying to understand and support them. I'm curious by nature, and I ask the questions that don't always get asked - gently, but honestly. Because real, lasting change doesn't just come from coping tools, but through understanding how your relationships and your history shaped the person you are today

I’m deeply empathetic and bring a calm, down-to-earth presence to my work. Before becoming a counsellor, I spent several years supporting people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and complex trauma. That time had a profound impact on me, teaching me the importance of compassion, resilience, and meeting people exactly where they are. These values continue to guide my practice today.

Like you, your story is unique and important and deserves to be heard in a validating and respectful way. Sometimes the “story we tell ourselves” has negative messages about our worth and abilities and keeps us emotionally, personally or relationally stuck in unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. I would be honored to hear your story and help you strengthen your inner resources to re-author it into one that better reflects who you want to be.

Most people don’t reach out for counselling because everything is clear, they come when something no longer fits, makes sense, or feels manageable to carry alone. Grief that lingers, illness, relationship strain, or a quiet sense that something isn’t sitting right can bring people here. You might be making sense of a loss, adjusting to changes you didn’t choose, or trying to find your footing again. Whatever brings you here, there is room for it.

Are you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or weighed down by life? I support youth and adults carrying the weight of trauma, anxiety, or depression who want to feel more at peace, more in control, and more connected to themselves again. I have a particular interest in supporting families and individuals navigating anxiety, trauma, and life transitions. I also support parents during pregnancy and postpartum who are navigating big emotions, identity shifts, or the stress of caring for little ones.

I specialize in Lifespan Integration (LI) therapy—a gentle, body-based (somatic) approach that helps your brain rewrite its internal timeline.
Unlike traditional talk therapy where you relive past pain, LI uses a structured memory timeline to visually and naturally show your body that time has passed. Through this process, your nervous system learns at a cellular level: "That happened then, but I am safe now."
Clients prefer LI because it:
• Creates rapid, felt changes in how you respond to stress.
• Permanently updates self-limiting beliefs ("I am unsafe," "I am not good enough") into grounded confidence

Many of the people I work with have spent years trying harder, communicating better, reading books, or putting everyone else first. They're exhausted. They aren't looking for someone to tell them what's wrong with them. They want to understand why they keep getting stuck and how to move forward.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating a relationship that feels disconnected, grieving a profound loss, or discovering your neurodivergent identity later in life, therapy can become a place where your story finally makes sense.
