I am a Trauma informed integrative therapist utilizing Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), attachment theory, Somatic Experiencing (SE) , MCBT to address depression, anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, racial stress and other mental health struggles.
