I'm a Registered Clinical Counsellor who loves working with children, teenagers, adults and parents toward a fulfilling life that is envisioned by them. I believe that seeking counselling is one of the most important decisions that people can make for themselves and their loved ones. Embarking on a journey of self growth and healing can be difficult; yet, I know firsthand that the results are worthwhile. Most clients work with me to better manage stress, anxiety, depression, marital challenges, family conflicts, phobias and ADHD.
In my practice, I make use of various psychotherapy approaches based on client's needs, drawing mostly from the Satir Transformational Systemic Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, and Attachment Theory. When working with children, I offer Sand Therapy, Play Therapy and Art Therapy. My work also is trauma-informed and gender-sensitive.
