I use a variety of evidence-based therapies to work with my clients in finding wellness. Whether struggling with stress and anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship stress, parenting issues, addiction or other life-stressors, I will help you sort out how to move ahead in wellness.

With over 25 years of experience in the field of children and youth as a teacher and a specialization in working with diverse student populations including cultural diversity, neurodivergence, anxiety, ADHD, gender and sexual orientation and substance use, I work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples and families.
