The healing process is unique to each person. While many go through similar events, not everyone experiences them in the same way. I view my clients through a holistic lens to develop a collaborative, therapeutic relationship. I help my clients develop healthy ways to manage distress, find ways to move out of being stuck, develop new insight for unresolved issues, and increase overall wellbeing. My primary focus is working with clients who have experienced trauma. Because the nature of trauma is complex, I use an integrative, person-centered approach to meet my clients' needs at their pace and readiness.

I recognize that words may not always capture the extent of one's experience. Therefore, I provide other mediums of expression for healing to occur beyond talk therapy. Play, sand, and art allow for clients to communicate their distress without having to be verbal participants in their own therapy.
