As a clinical pastoral counsellor, my therapeutic approach to counselling is integrative and eclectic. I am directive and motivational, pastoral and meaning-centered, integrative and science-based with theological undertones. As a faith based counsellor, I integrate theological principles and utilize the strengths of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and Reality Therapy. My goal is the wellness of the client. If you are not faith-based and do not desire to receive faith based counselling, I will journey with you in a non-judgmental manner.

Certified Gottman Couples Therapy. My preferred approach to couples intervention is the evidenced based Gottman's Couples Therapy. I deeply appreciate the dyadic approach and the utilization of strong assessment skills in the Gottman method. I am a certified Gottman Couples Therapist.
