CREW offers an inclusive, safe space with in-person or virtual appointments to suit your scheduling needs.
After building strong trust, we identify triggers and behaviour patterns that interfere with your happiness. Together, we can support healthy boundaries in your life so that your needs are met on a more consistent basis.
