Hello and welcome. I’m a non-binary trans masc queer, white, polyam registered social worker and somatic trauma therapist. I support 2SLGBTQ people navigating complex-ptsd, dating, relationships, gender identity, gender transitions, borderline personality disorder/traits, sex, sexuality, sexual identity, non-monogamy, dissociation, depression, anxiety, suicidality, self-harm, substance use, and kink. My approach to psychotherapy is relational and attachment-based, and structural in its analysis. I offer both individual psychotherapy and couples' therapy.
Together, we will create a secure and empathetic relationship that centres safety and agency, and we may draw from somatic embodiment practices, emotional regulation strategies, internal family systems, EMDR, or expressive arts therapies. My practice is anti-racist, decolonizing, and committed to the work of collective liberation.
I offer free 15-minute consultations before booking the first session. I offer a limited number of appointments at reduced rates, prioritizing these spaces for trans women and black and indigenous people. I can offer services to people living in Ontario and Québec. I can only offer my services in English.
