I offer support to those who struggle with anxiety, low moods, emotional dysregulation and trauma. My approach is always trauma-informed and person-centered. I also work from an attachment lens and can support you in understanding your current patterns and in forging new ones with yourself and others. I would be honoured to support you as your enter into your healing journey.
